South Lake Computers offers four types of services:
In-store service: We service your PC in our store. Drop-off & Pick-up.
On-site service: We travel to your home or office and work on-location.
Remote service: We connect to your computer remotely through the web.
Hybrid service: We travel to you, pick-up your system, service it in our store and then return it to you.
In-store Service
South Lake Computers offers Flat Rate Service for all systems brought into the store for service. Customers will know the cost of services before they are performed. Because we are able to attend to multiple computers at once within our service department South Lake Computers does not charge an hourly rate for in-store service. More info for In-store Services.
On-site Service
South Lake Computers offers affordable on-site service rates for residential & business customers. We have a standard hourly rate, with a one hour minimum. Time after the first hour is clocked at half-hour intervals. You won’t find equally friendly, experienced and qualified expert problem solvers for less! More info for On-site Services.
Hybrid Service
South Lake Computers recognizes that it is a hassle to disassemble the various cables and devices attached to your computer only to have to reassemble them back. Our professional staff will come to your home or office and carefully remove your system so that you don’t have to. As soon as its ready, we will personally deliver your system to you, AND we’ll reconfigure all of your devices and peripherals. Contact us for details.
Our Hybrid Service offers the best of both worlds:
Affordable FLAT RATE pricing and ZERO assembly and disassembly inconvenience. This service option is available to all customers within a 15 mile radius of our store for a nominal convenience fee.
Remote Service
South Lake Computers is able to service many computer problems remotely, without being physically in-front of the computer. With specialized software, we are able to temporarily access your system to bring about a fix or solution to various types of issues.
This option is great for customers requiring Virus & Spyware removal and/or other software related issues. Customers are able to enjoy this service in the comfort of their home at a discounted hourly rate, while not having to pay more for a technician to travel to their home or office. (This service may require the customer to be available over the phone and at the computer during the course of the repair.) Contact us for details.
Payment Methods Accepted:
We accept cash and all major credit & debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). PayPal Payment is an option for services performed remotely. All invoices are to be paid upon completion of service.
South Lake Computers can respond to on-site appointments and complete in-store service the SAME DAY! We also offer emergency service options for both on-site & in-store repairs for those needing service immediately.
